At Teamwork.com, your privacy is paramount, and we strive to make sure your data is secure while also working to deliver innovative and exciting in app features to enhance our users experience. This includes our use of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)
Teamwork.com Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and your data
All A.I. components (current & future) contained within Teamwork.com products are designed with the safety of our customers' data as a priority. Our use of A.I. has been outlined below for the reasons of purpose, transparency and data privacy amongst our customer base.
Teamwork.com A.I. Assistant:
The Teamwork.com built-in A.I. assistant (generated via OpenAI) intends to enhance our customers' experience within Teamwork.com to enable creating new content, or reviewing and revising existing text in various text editors across the app. Wherever you see a text box in Teamwork.com, you’ll find the Teamwork.com A.I. assistant.
Teamwork AI Assistant: Transparency
In order to offer this service, responses generated via the Teamwork.com A.I. assistants are provided via OpenAI’s Large Language Models (LLM). This functionality can only be enabled by a user selecting the "little blue chip" icon in a textbox and following the options presented in the window modal, to either ‘Draft With AI’ or ‘Use AI Tools’.
Only text submitted in the prompts for ‘Draft with AI’ is sent to OpenAI’s LLM.
For any selection with ‘Use AI Tools’, only the text present in the textbox where the blue chip icon was clicked is submitted.
If you wish, you may opt to remove this feature from your Teamwork.com subscription by contacting our Customer Support team.
Data privacy:
No personally identifiable information related to your account is passed to OpenAI LLM. Only the text items in the prompt or text box where the AI assistant has been activated are sent.
Furthermore, information sent to OpenAI LLM will not be used as part of any model training.
No information leaves the API call when using the service.
Teamwork.com does not track or log any text submitted from OpenAI and no human being within Teamwork.com looks at data submitted to the LLM.
Teamwork.com does not track or maintain any context with OpenAI; for example text & responses used with ‘Draft with AI’ option are immediately discarded once the window modal is closed.
Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of Teamwork.com A.I. functions is included as part of our general acceptable usage policy/terms of service.
Third Party Use Policy
If you choose to use Teamwork.com A.I., you may not use the Teamwork.com A.I. features in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including but not limited to their Content Policy, Sharing and Publication Policy , and Community Guidelines.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
Teamwork.com does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Teamwork.com A.I. or the accuracy of any other information obtained through Teamwork.com A.I.
You understand and agree that any content or output obtained through the use of Teamwork.com A.I. is provided "as-is" and obtained at your sole risk.
You should not use or rely on Teamwork.com A.I. output without independently determining the accuracy of the output, as any output may contain material inaccuracies or unverified information.
No information, advice, or other content, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Teamwork.com or through Teamwork.com A.I. shall create any warranty not expressly set forth herein, and Teamwork.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will Teamwork.com accept liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes or actions, in aggregate, arising from or relating to Teamwork.com A.I., your use of Teamwork.com A.I., or the Teamwork.com A.I. output. Teamwork.com A.I. is supplemental to the services being offered under the agreement, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your agreement, Teamwork.com does not make any warranty regarding the availability or uptime of Teamwork.com A.I. and may discontinue or modify Teamwork.com A.I. or these Teamwork.com A.I. terms at any time in its sole discretion.
Generative A.I. can produce inaccurate or harmful responses. Review output for accuracy and safety. You assume responsibility & ownership for how the outcomes of Teamwork.com A.I. are applied to your organisation.
